Intro to the College Essay Workshop Online
Do you know a current high school junior? Invite them and their family to join Fletcher Free Library and Summit Academic Support for our free Intro to the College Essay Workshops!
Maggie & Jacklyn from Summit Academic Support will provide a comprehensive overview of college essay requirements and the essay writing process. We will review the purpose and audience of the essay, what not to do, as well as a suggested timeline for completion (Spoiler: the answer is this summer!) Students will review standout sample essays with insights into what made them stand out to admissions officers.
All attendees are welcome, from the students themselves, to just caregivers, to the whole family. Don’t miss this opportunity to start your college essay with expert guidance!
